I have used this now today and I think it is perfect! Really nice that run.bat for popping in and out of the python env |

reccmpand python data to a subfolder.Also added two scripts, one to setup the env, another to easily run something in it.
Unrelated to the main part, I also added a single example regarding linking a windows lib. Pushed one test function to 100% match 🙃.
